BS Accounting\/MBA. Ms. Madaris joined Liberty Star in 2011.\u00a0 In May 2015, she was elected by the Board of Directors to the position of Vice President, Finance. On January 13, 2019 Patricia was elected by the Board to serve in the added office of Chief Financial Officer. Since the beginning of her tenure with Liberty Star, Patricia has successfully engaged, negotiated, and closed financings; overseen the Company\u2019s financial reporting; and projected and planned financially for ongoing operations including development.\u00a0 She has previously been engaged as accounting\/manager for corporations in Arizona, Florida and California for over 14 years.\u00a0 Ms. Madaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received a Masters Business Administration in 2017, both Summa Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University.<\/p>\n

\"\"Jay Crawford Vice President Field Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Crawford\u00a0has been a key contributor to the company\u2019s exploration efforts since 2006. Starting with the North Pipes Project, he managed claim staking and soil sampling programs, focusing on safety and efficiency. Promoted to Field Manager in 2011 and now serving as Vice President of Field Operations, Mr. Crawford oversees the acquisition and maintenance of State and Federal claims and permits, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational continuity.<\/p>\n

Mr. Crawford has played an important role in projects like the Red Rock Canyon Project, where he conducted sampling to confirm the presence of gold in silicified lenses. Known for his careful and consistent approach to data collection, he ensures that geochemical and biogeochemical sampling meets high standards of quality. Additionally, he provides instruction to Liberty Star personnel on effective sampling techniques.<\/p>\n

Tracy Myers<\/strong> Investor Relations Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mrs. Myers joined Liberty Star in 2007 after working in retail management for many years. As Liberty Star\u2019s IR rep she is the first point of contact for shareholders, media and potential investors. Additionally, she is responsible for corporate communications, social media management, and is the administrator of the Liberty Star website, LBSR.us<\/a>.<\/p>\n
